Role Summary
You’d be joining a market-leading, people-centric, global company with a rapidly growing UK presence. The company is seeking dedicated Arboriculture consultants to help drive growth in this field, working alongside an award-winning team.
Responsibilities Include
- Working on various tree and woodland assessments, including BS 5837:2012 surveys, veteran tree assessments, tree safety/risk evaluations, and woodland habitat management.
- Interacting with technical directors, mentoring others, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
- Preparing technical reports, liaising with clients, and managing budgets.
- Supporting projects with tree constraints and opportunity plans, Arboricultural impact assessments, and attending client meetings.
- Contributing to the arboriculture’s alignment with Biodiversity Net Gain.
Qualifications & Skills Needed
- Relevant qualifications in Arboriculture (e.g., QCF Level 4 for Senior positions).
- Membership with a professional institute like the Arboriculture Association is desirable.
- Proficiency in BS 5837 survey techniques, use of surveying equipment, and digital mapping.
- Strong skills in identifying tree pests, diseases, and biomechanical issues.
- Experience in quality assurance and report production.
- A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as needed.
