Our client is a well-established Arb Association approved Company. Based in Oxfordshire and covering the surrounding areas, they are looking for an experienced person to join as a lead climber/team leader.
The work is varied and interesting with a strong emphasis on quality. You will be given all of the resources you need to deliver high-quality tree work for a range of clients. You will be part of an experienced team with a good work ethic. You will need to have good climbing and pruning skills and be able to undertake rigging operations. A reasonable knowledge and genuine interest in arboriculture as well as the practical skills will be expected.
The successful applicant will be able to lead a small team and have good communication skills.
In return, a competitive salary of up to £45kpa (£170/day) is offered. with holiday entitlements and the opportunity to train further and progress.
